Dr. Alvin Green provides chiropractic medicine, holistic nutrition services, and functional rehabilitation at two separate locations. He provides his services to the Dr. Phillips Orlando area at Dr. Phillips Fitness, Inc. where he is the Clinical Services Director. Dr. Green also serves the Polk County area at the Chiropractic Center of Lakeland.
